SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods and Times:

We offer standard shipping and express shipping options for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. You will be able to view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only offer shipping Australia wide.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact our customer service team and explain the reason for return. You may return your items for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed. Exchanges will be shipped once the original items are received and inspected.
